电力盖板的生产工艺

电力盖板生产工艺采用混凝土震动预制工具,将水泥混凝土倒入盖板塑料模具后,通过震动平台震动成型,自然养护至水泥凝固后即可脱模,完成整个生产工艺。


电力盖板模具概况:全国各地铁路、城市道路、乡镇水泥路、别墅区间路,开发区、厂区道路、水利工程等施工建设遍地开花,与之配套的窨井、雨水井、路牙、侧石、平石、路肩石、护坡等预制构件得到了前所未有的发展机遇!


传统液压钢模生产设备投入成本高、维修复杂、技术要求高、产品表面密实性差、易松散。彩用塑模生产,投入成本低,初期即使投入几千元也可投产,且旧模具有很高的回收价值,预制场地可随工程搬迁,极为方便,产品密实性高、可表面彩色处理、安装方便等多种优点,得到众多预制行业的认可。材料准备:砂、石应有复试报告,水泥应有出厂合格证及复试报告;钢筋应进行外观及资料(质量证明书)检查,并经送样复试合格;角钢应有合格证,进场应进行外观检查,无变形翘曲现象,规格、型号、壁厚应达到设计要求。


电力盖板根据边框放样尺寸,又专人进行角铁画线切割,角铁两头切割45度拼角焊接,角铁边框焊接时不可有过烧、咬边、夹渣等现象。焊接时为保证角铁边框尺寸一致、不变形,边框底部可设置平整钢板一块,在钢板上弹线,,四周用角焊出角铁边框模型,焊接时角钢放入模型内焊接加工为保证边框内混凝土与镀锌边框粘结牢固,可在边框内侧焊接若干螺纹钢筋。


角铁边框水平放在预制场地上,在边框底部铺3mm橡胶皮,以保证成型后的盖板底部不漏浆,且底部平整、光滑,底部混凝土不高出角铁边框。


电力盖板安装


运输时应考虑盖板受力方向,盖板反向受力,容易造成盖板断裂,将盖板搁置在电缆沟上,电缆沟两头采用经纬仪每20m左右定点。拉线调整盖板顺直及平整度。盖板搁置点底部搁置3mm厚橡胶皮垫,用以调整盖板的稳定性及表面平整度。

Cover installation


Transport should consider the direction of the force plate , cover reverse force , likely to cause breakage cover , the cover rests on the cable channel, cable channel ends using theodolite every 20m or so designated .
